Cardio/Dance
·         ZUMBA®
A ZUMBA® fitness class is a Latin-inspired dance aerobics class using intervals and body weight resistance to burn fat and sculpt your body. It’s the ultimate dance party spiced up with fast and slow rhythms from Latin and international music.  The easy-to-follow steps require no dance experience.

Family
·         Family Fitness
This is a fun class for the whole family. It includes obstacle courses, recess-type games (such as freeze tag) and team challenges. All family members 4yrs+ may attend with at least 1 adult family member
 
Mind/Body
·         Fitness Yoga
Build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and reduce stress with traditional yoga poses. Yoga mat needed for class (blocks & straps are optional).
 
·         Pre-Natal Yoga
Prepare for childbirth with this non-dogmatic gentle yoga class.  Format includes focused breathing techniques for relaxation, stretches to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, & exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your growing baby.  Modifications provided for all trimesters of pregnancy.  Classes are taught by an experienced Yoga-Fit certified Prenatal Instructor/Trainer. Bring a yoga mat, towel, & pillow to class
 
Sports Conditioning
·         Athletic Conditioning
For the sports-minded individual who wants to complement their current fitness regimen.  This class includes cardio, agility, and strength exercises to develop functional strength and overall athleticism that transfers to sport and "real life" activities.  An advanced version is available for athletes wanting a more intense workout, without modifications.
 
·         Outdoor Fitness/ ‘Boot Camp’
If you love the outdoors, this class is for you!  Combine basic calisthenics, creative drills, circuits and obstacle courses in a team-oriented environment. Bring 5-10 pound dumbbells.  An advanced version is available for athletes wanting a more intense workout, without modifications.
 
Strength
·         Core Conditioning
A strong core, which runs the length of the torso and trunk, creates a solid base of support for the whole body.  This class will strengthen the core through various resistance exercises and improve overall functional fitness: as the core becomes stronger, the extremities are capable of more powerful movement.  An advanced version is available for athletes wanting a more intense workout, without modifications. 
 
·         Fit in 45
This 45 minute strength training class fits into your workday lunch hour. You will increase your muscle endurance and flexibility without needing a shower to return to work. Just wear comfortable clothes and athletic footwear. Class atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to all levels. It's followed by 15 minutes of 'Ask the Trainer' time. Feel refreshed and add more activity into your lifestyle with this convenient class! Bring 5, 8 or 10 lb dumbbells, a yoga mat or towel to sit on, and a bottle of water.
 
·         Strength and Stretch
Learn effective and simple strength training moves to build muscle tone and endurance. We will use dumbbells, resistance tubing and body weight exercises.  We will also include sustained stretches throughout the class to help improve overall flexibility. Bring 5-10 pound dumbbells.
