Skip the gym membership fees and we will come to your business in the greater Bothell & Edmonds areas. Gather together a group of friends/co-workers and contact us for a customized workout that comes to you!

EMPLOYERS:  Contact us about our corporate wellness packages, which include Brown Bags lectures, Health Fair booths, 'Fitness For Real People,' 'Fit in 45,' & other Health/Wellness presentations provided at your facility.  Corporate references upon request.  Corporate rates available.

On-Site Group Exercise Classes:

• Northshore Fitness offers a variety of corporate classes including cardio/strength, dance aerobics such as ZUMBA® *fitness workouts, or mind/body such as Fitness Yoga. You can choose from our full list of indoor/outdoor classes or request your own customized class. These classes can be held indoors or outdoors depending on space availability and permitted use.  Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. $10/person for each class, 1 class/week for 4 weeks = $40.00**, min 6 people

On-Site Training: 

• Outdoor Boot Camp (includes fitness tests): Varied format including calisthenics, strength exercises (using body weight and resistance equipment) and other fun programming including obstacle courses and team challenges. This version also includes group fitness testing to monitor cardio/strength gains.  $15/person for each class, 1 class/week for 4 weeks = $60.00**, min 6 people

   

• Small Group Training 2-5 people:  A more customized program with modifications based on individual histories. Includes 4hours of workouts + ½ hour of fitness testing. $45/person for each session, min 4 session package, Total $180.00**

    

On-Site Wellness Presentations:

• Free One-Time Introductory 'Brown Bag' offer:  'Jumpstart your Fitness' a quick 20 min lunchtime presentation, followed by 10 minutes of Question/Answer. This is a great opportunity to meet the Northshore Fitness Trainers and hear more about our programs and services.  

• We also offer a variety of health and wellness presentations for Corporate Health Fairs or ongoing Lunchtime ‘Brown Bag’ Talks. Topics may include ‘Balancing Life and Fitness,’ ‘Taking your Fitness Routine to the next level,’ or others. $85.00**/1 hr (includes presentation + ‘ask the Trainer’ Question/Answer)
